TINY TUNES is your child’s first experience in singing with kids in ARCHULETA PERFORMING ARTS. We have created an environment that is both fun and productive. This introduction to music course will open their minds up to the creative world of music. In this class setting, we will explore many types of music including classical, folk, pop, and Jazz to name a few. All of the music will be appropriate and selected to help your child grow intellectually. In addition to teaching your child how to sing…it will also prepare them for advancement into our next group – THE NEW TONES.
NEW TONES is a GREAT way for the younger kids to learn to sing in a group setting. They get the fun of being part of a musical group, along with the structure kids need at this age. When your kids advance to the VOCAL CHORDS performing group…you will see the change that they have experienced in their talent, ability, and overall attitude because of their participation in NEW TONES. We are looking forward to meeting your little ones and starting this great adventure with them!
The VOCAL CHORDS performing group is an incredibly great time for the kids. They have increased their musical skills, have become more attentive in their listening, and are starting to benefit exponentially from having music in their lives. Children that are singing and involved with music at this age are typically developing at higher levels in language, math and memory skills. They have begun to embrace the music and are appreciative of music in their lives. Next step is PROGRESSIVE CHORAL.
The PROGRESSIVE CHORAL performance group is when your kids really get to shine! Friendships are formed and the kids are sounding better than ever. Not only has your child learned to perform in a musical group, but they and learned to communicate better, their listening skills are enhanced, and their creativity and imagination have soared! Their overall personal development has grown to a greater level. Why? Because they are musically engaged and involved!
